How a Strategy Session Works
Step 1: Schedule & Pay
- Use our secure online booking system to select a convenient date and time for your session.
- The cost of the service is $2390. Payments are processed securely at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. You can make a payment as a guest using a credit or debit card (a PayPal account is not required).
Step 2: eSign Consent Forms
- After booking, you will receive an email with consent forms to review and sign electronically.
- This step ensures that all necessary documentation is completed prior to your session.
Step 3: Upload Records
- You will receive a secure upload link via email.
- Upload any relevant educational or medical records to provide a comprehensive picture of your child’s needs.
Step 4: Join Your Scheduled Session
- On the day of your appointment, join the session via a private Zoom link provided in your confirmation email.
- During the session, we’ll discuss your concerns, review your child’s history, and brainstorm strategies to help your child thrive.
