Step 1: Onboarding & Records Review
- Once your membership begins, you’ll receive a secure link to upload your medical history, imaging, labs, and prior neurology records.
- I review all of it personally before we meet, so your first visit starts with context rather than catch-up.
Step 2: Your Foundational Visit
- We meet one-on-one through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform for an unhurried conversation about your history, symptoms, and goals.
- Together we build a personalized care plan organized around the Four Pillars of Neurological Health.
Step 3: A Year of Direct Access
- Your plan is refined at scheduled follow-ups throughout the year, with direct messaging in between for questions that come up along the way.
- New imaging, labs, and symptoms are reviewed as they arrive, so your care keeps pace with what’s actually happening.

How much does membership cost?
Everwell Neuro membership is $833 per month as part of an annual membership. This includes ongoing access to your neurologist, personalized care planning, and continuous support throughout the year, without the per-visit fees, long waits, and fragmented care of a traditional practice.
Is Everwell Neuro covered by insurance?
No. Everwell Neuro is a direct-care membership practice and does not bill insurance. This model is what allows for unhurried visits, direct access, and truly personalized care. Upon request, I can provide documentation (a superbill) that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many members also use HSA or FSA funds toward membership; check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.
What’s included in my membership?
Membership includes comprehensive virtual neurological visits, a personalized care plan, review of your medical records, imaging, and test results, guidance across the Four Pillars of Neurological Health (exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress management), and ongoing support as your needs evolve. You’ll always leave a visit knowing exactly what your next steps are.
How is this different from seeing a neurologist through my insurance?
Traditional neurology visits often mean months-long waits for a 15-minute appointment. As a member, you have a continuous, year-round relationship with one neurologist who knows your full history, takes the time to listen, and remains available as questions arise. Care is proactive and whole-person rather than episodic and symptom-focused.
Do I need a referral to join?
No referral is needed. Simply submit your name and email through the form below, and I’ll be in touch about next steps as soon as availability allows.
What conditions do you treat?
I care for adults navigating headaches and migraines, seizures and epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease, memory and cognitive concerns, movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, neuropathies, and other complex or difficult-to-explain neurological symptoms. If you’re unsure whether your concern is a fit, reach out and ask.
How do virtual visits work? Is telehealth really effective for neurology?
Visits take place one-on-one through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Much of neurology depends on careful history-taking, thoughtful interpretation of your records and imaging, and time to think through your case, all of which virtual care supports exceptionally well. When an in-person examination, imaging study, or lab test is needed, I’ll coordinate that with local providers and integrate the results into your care plan.
Can you order tests and prescribe medications?
Yes. As a board-certified neurologist, I can order imaging and laboratory testing and prescribe medications when clinically appropriate, coordinating with facilities and pharmacies near you. Please note that I do not prescribe opiate medications.

Does Everwell Neuro replace my primary care physician?
No. Everwell Neuro provides specialist neurological care and works best alongside your primary care physician. With your permission, I’m happy to share visit summaries and coordinate with your existing care team.
What if I have an emergency?
Everwell Neuro is not an emergency service. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, such as sudden weakness, facial drooping, difficulty speaking, or a prolonged seizure, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Membership supports ongoing care, not acute emergencies.
Can I cancel membership once I enroll?
Membership is an annual commitment, which reflects how meaningful neurological care actually unfolds: through continuity, follow-through, and a relationship built over time rather than a single visit. Your membership renews annually, and I’ll reach out before each renewal so there are never surprises.
